Our company Intechsoft (Kharkiv, Ukraine), which providing solutions for CGF AG (Frankfurt/Main, Germany) is looking for a currently running project (customer: BMW AG) for 

.Net Software Developer 

Company:

CGF AG is a german company which provides IT consulting and software development services to numerous clients (mostly large german companies). The most important customer is currently BMW AG in Munich.

Project:

In the current project we are developing a new SPA IT Asset Management system for BMW AG - a database-based (Oracle) web application for managing hardware inventory information. The system allows to register and manage all hardware devices (PCs, laptops, servers, printers, phones, production machines, etc.) used by BMW employees all over the world. Besides of the rich user interface, the system communicates to multiple other systems and applies complex validation rules to ensure the inventory data is correct and up-to-date, nice interesting project with a lot of algorithms. 

Global Project IT Asset Management, among other things, includes 3 projects (+1 new): For software management, tracking and installing the necessary, up-to-date software. And for human resource management. Which stores in itself information about all employees of the company, with the ability to change, copy, use for the needs of the company.

We are building a completely new system from scratch. Moreover, many backend components involve interesting, nontrivial business logic (task scheduling, large data imports, Excel processing, custom validation rules, etc.).  You will work in a strong team.

Required skills: 

• Experience in

• Oracle or MS-SQL Server, including stored procedure programming.
• .Net Core
• ASP.NET MVC (Razor Pages),
• Custom components, dev express components,

Functional responsibilities:

Software development in C# (MS Visual Studio) according to agile development principles (SCRUM, iteration meetings, etc.). Though the team is distributed between 2 locations (Munich and Kharkiv), we are working very tight together (common repository, meetings, common development and architecture guidelines, etc.). You will be involved in  backend and frontend development.

•   Installation, administration, operation and monitoring of .NET-based Windows applications
•   Planning and implementation of changes
•   Implementation of application updates
•   Incident, problem and change management as well as troubleshooting and analysis of system messages and log files
•   Processing of technical escalations, independent troubleshooting and initiation of support requests to software and hardware manufacturers
•   Testing and maintenance of system documentation to ensure smooth operation
•   Provision and development of the system landscape for complex applications
•   Implementation of various security parameters and certificate administration

 

Your profile

•   Experience in the administration of Windows servers
•   Experience in using PowerShell for Windows systems automation
•   Programming Python scripts skills is an advantage but not a must
•   Basic experience in monitoring and testing live systems
•   Databases (Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL)
•   IIS administration
•   CI/CD (Jenkins or similar)
•   You have experience working with virtualized environments
•   Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP
